Coordinator - Events (APAC Partnerships)

Join IDP Education, a world leader in international education services, and play a pivotal role in the delivery of industry-leading events across the Asia-Pacific region.
We're looking for an Events Coordinator with proven experience managing conferences, stakeholder meetings, or large-scale webinars. You'll be part of the APAC Partnerships Team, helping execute strategic events that strengthen relationships, support commercial activities, and position IDP as a global thought leader.
Your key focus will be supporting the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) - the country's largest conference for the international education sector - including speaker and program coordination, committee support, content management, and post-event reporting.
In addition, you'll:
- Lead planning and logistics for internal and external events such as IDP's APAC Strategic Advisory Board, webinars, and insight days
- Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, budgets, and logistics
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and third-party organisers
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with IDP's brand and strategic goals
What You'll Bring
- Experience in event planning, logistics, or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Knowledge of event platforms, CRMs or content management systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with the international education sector (a plus, not essential)
