THE ROLE

As a Junior Consultant, you’ll work with experienced project teams to solve complex problems, develop reports and recommendations, and support program delivery for Defence and intelligence customers.

You’ll receive structured training and mentoring, build consulting skills, and gain exposure to project management, strategy, and client engagement in a secure, high-profile environment.

REQUIREMENTS

NV1 Australian Defence Security Clearance (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business, Finance or related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic

Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced team environment

A background or interest in Finance, Project Management or Strategy Consulting is a plus
