What You’ll Do:
As the Appointment Setting Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in driving team performance, morale, and conversion results. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of contact centre professionals focused on booking high-quality appointments for our design consultants.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of appointment setters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Creating a positive, driven team culture built on accountability, fun, and excellence
Monitoring individual and team KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching
Working closely with sales management and marketing to align lead quality, volume, and booking strategies
Optimising call scripts, workflows, and performance tracking tools
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
Identifying areas for process improvement and operational efficiency
Managing rosters and day-to-day team operations
What You’ll Bring:
Experience leading a high-performing outbound contact centre or appointment setting team responding to inbound customer enquiries.
A hands-on leadership style, someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump on the phones
Proven ability to drive team culture, morale, and consistent results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be the team’s go-to support
A data-driven mindset and comfort with performance metrics, reporting, and coaching for improvement
Experience in workforce planning or VOIP systems (desirable but not essential)
