Sunline Australia WA Sales Manager - Perth
Location: Perth, Western Australia
Salary Package: (Including fully maintained company vehicle)

Sunline Australia are looking for a dynamic, experienced and proven sales performer. This pivotal role involves driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within the metro and regional markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Working with both the warehouse and admin teams, the Sales Manager will be a key team member, leading and overseeing sales opportunities within new and existing customers. The ideal Sales Manager will be highly motivated and have strong business development capabilities, with experience in creating sales strategies and managing a portfolio of highly valued customers . Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the pool industry is preferred. Additional job specific training provided for the right applicant.
Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive experience in business development and sales management within related industry.
Proven ability to drive sales growth, generate new business and manage customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively with the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Continue to establish Sunline and Amalfi Mosaics in the WA swimming pool supply market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales budget targets.
Drive regional sales initiatives and optimise revenue streams to maximise profitability.
Achieve sales growth benchmarks, qualifying for performance-based bonuses.
Customer Retention:
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Leverage customer growth to contribute to monthly bonus incentives and overall sales performance.
Leadership and Management:
Experienced in working closely with the National Manager to align with regional and national strategies.
Optimise sales and operational systems within the businesses, with a focus on revenue generation and profitability.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent organisational skills
Current drivers licence and willingness to travel
Proficient computer skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good numerical skills
Attention to detail
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, profit margins, to Board on a weekly/Monthly basis
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision and guidance
