Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the payroll team to deliver timely and accurate payroll.
• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline payroll operations.
• Drive automation and system enhancements (SAP or ADP experience highly regarded).
• Manage audits, reporting, and governance requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ADP, SAP or similar systems in advantageous.
• Manufacturing or FMCG sector experience is highly desirable.
