The Opportunity
Join an industry leading organisation seeking a Payroll Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for an immediately available Payroll Manager to step into a hands on role with exposure to project work, including supporting a Dayforce implementation.
The Role
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities or pay cycles
- Ensure compliance with awards, EAs, super, PAYG, and payroll legislation
- Lead and support payroll team
- Resolve complex payroll queries and issues
- Oversee remediation work
- Assist with payroll system upgrades, integrations, or migrations
- Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and Legal teams
About You
- Strong background as a Payroll Manager, managing a team
- Immediately available to start
- Dayforce experience highly beneficial
- Excellent written and communications skills
