As our Resource Recovery Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations and shape a collaborative team whilst building expertise in the booming environmental tech sector.

We are Australia's largest e-waste recycling business and work with hundreds of businesses and government bodies to recycle their e-waste, right here in Australia, returning the green commodities to the circular economy.

Every day, at six sites across Australia, we're 'turning e-waste into e-resources'. This is not just a concept, it's a reality. Over the last eight years we've built a large-scale, customised mechanical process that can recycle up to 60 tonnes of e-waste per day and regenerate up to 14 valuable materials such as copper, steel and aluminium.

The Opportunity

As Resource Recovery Supervisor, you will oversee production operations within Dandenong, ensuring the site achieves the best possible results without compromising safety, quality and outputs. You'll be leading a team in our facility at Dandenong, Victoria.

What You'll Do:

· Planning and Scheduling:

Developing and implementing production schedules, optimizing workflow, and managing resources to meet deadlines.

· Quality Control:

Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications through monitoring and implementing quality control procedures.

· Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and human resources effectively to optimize production and minimize costs.

· Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating production teams, providing guidance, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

· Budget Management:

Monitoring and controlling production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, and ensuring adherence to budget.

· Process Optimisation:

Continuously evaluating and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

· Safety Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

· Reporting and Communication:

Providing regular reports on production progress, performance, and any issues or deviations from the plan.

· Problem Solving:

Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency.

What You Bring

Essential Experience

· Proven track record in production or manufacturing leadership roles

· Experience managing teams in a hands-on operational environment.

· Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management

Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, compliance, and procedures.
