About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at our Bayswater manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, production efficiency, product quality, and workforce effectiveness across the factory.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and delivering results through team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise factory team leaders and staff to meet daily production targets
• Champion and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance at all levels
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed to meet output goals
• Manage stock, inventory levels, and production materials in line with planning
• Drive LEAN manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Track and report on KPIs
• Support training, development, and performance management of production team members
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment

✅ About You

• Proven experience supervising a production team (20+ employees)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a team leader or supervisor role in a factory or manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of production metrics, manufacturing processes, and safety standards
• A confident communicator with natural leadership presence
• Committed to team morale, accountability, and performance
• Practical and hands-on with a strong eye for efficiency and quality
• Exposure to LEAN, 5S, or other CI tools is highly regarded
• A trade qualification or Diploma in a relevant field is a bonus (not essential)
