About the role

Join South West Healthcare (SWH) as our next Warehouse Supervisor and play a key role at the heart of our brand-new, purpose-built Regional Logistics Distribution Centre (RLDC). This state of the art facility services more than 50 health providers and organisations across South West Victoria, ensuring essential healthcare supplies are always on hand and delivered on time. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, order despatch, stock picking/packing, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle and support weekly stocktakes.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
• Ensure high-level customer service to meet the needs of our health and non-health service partners.
• Work with IT system support teams to resolve technical issues and provide backup assistance to the Purchasing Officer as required.

Position overview

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time Position (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off
• Location: Regional Logistics Distribution Centre, Warrnambool
• Classification: Administrative Grade 2
• Salary Range: $66,768.00 - $73,811.92 per annum, plus superannuation

What you bring

• Certificate III in Warehouse Operations (highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse functions within a large organisation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with solid computer literacy.
• Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence (manual preferred).
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
