Join HW Greenham & Sons, a proud Australian-owned leader in the meat processing industry, as our new Loadout Supervisor at the Tongala facility. With over 25 years of successful operations and recent expansions to meet growing demand, this role is key to ensuring seamless logistics and dispatch operations. As the Loadout Supervisor, you will assist with overseeing the efficient loading and shipment of our premium meat products, supporting our commitment to quality and reliability for both local and global markets. Reporting directly to the Loadout Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards in our distribution process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in managing and oversee temperature-controlled perishable products, ensuring order accuracy.

Ensure the health & safety of all team members under your supervision.

Comply with strict export product governance requirements.

Assist with maintaining stock control accuracy and ensure timely turnover within company guidelines.

Ensure plant & equipment are kept in a safe and serviceable condition.

Key Requirements:

Experience in leading a distribution or loadout team within a shift work environment.

Expertise in refrigeration control.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of safe work practices.

Previous leadership experience in a perishable product loadout environment.

Strong consultation skills and proficiency with Thorsys, BSM (GS1), Salesforce, and MS applications.

Attention to detail and a passion for getting things done right the first time.
