The position manages the functions of the VIC operations department and will report to the VIC branch manager. The role oversees operational staff management, the functionality and management of the daily run sheets, and ensure the operations are maintained to comply with Authentic security auditing requirements.

Job details include:

Supervise the VIC road crew and assist all the staff within the area of operations.

Maintain the scheduling of run sheets for the next-day services.

Monitor surveillance of guards.

Manage access control throughout the depot.

Monitor client emails and respond as required.

Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.

Available to assist with cash room duties as required - Packing, Counting, and ATM operations.

Looking for an candidate that has the flexibility to cover either open of close shifts.

The suitable candidate will possess:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word.

Victorian Security Licence and Victorian Firearms Licence.

Observe compliance with all Authentic securities policies and procedures.

Perform physically demanding manual handling tasks whilst maintaining correct manual handling procedures.

Strong communication skills.

Professional telephone manner.

The ability to create, maintain, and organize records and information.

Ensure adherence to Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs), Whilst supporting Authentic Security's policies to promote a safe and harmonious working environment.

Strong ability to multitask.

Other Duties as required.
