The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic Corporate Services team. This role spans both AP and AR functions, offering a well-rounded finance experience.

You'll play a key role in day‑to‑day operations across multiple businesses, with the flexibility to work in a full‑time or part‑time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts payable inboxes and invoices

Execute weekly supplier payment runs and vendor reconciliations

Carry out credit card reconciliations and enforce expense policies

Respond promptly to account queries and resolve invoice discrepancies

Raise intercompany invoices and reconcile AR ledgers monthly

Allocate AR and AP transactions in daily banking

Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Assist with ad hoc admin and finance projects

Undertake ad hoc administration duties and projects as required.

The successful applicant will have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable (some AR exposure is ideal), preferably working across multiple companies

Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm to learn

Experience working with financial software such as Pronto, and expense management software (not essential)

Advanced Excel Skills (ability to use PivotTables and work with invoice data is highly desirable)

Well‑developed communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Benefits:

$70-$80k + Super (pro-rata if part time)
