Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Take orders and enter them into the system
• Track and manage deliveries
• Answer calls and respond to customer queries
• Manage purchase orders from sales orders and ensure seamless communication
• Communicate with customers to resolve any service issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction industry
• Solid computer knowledge
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Punctuality and reliability (8am-4:30pm daily)
