Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Process sales orders, credit claims, returns and provide documentation support e.g. invoices, product information.
• Validate stock availability and pricing and communicate this to necessary people.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support when needed

Profile

• Prior experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Experience with data entry.
• Must have experience with EDI (Electronic Data interchange).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
