What You’ll Be Doing
Working on-site in a well-organised, safety-first environment, you’ll be responsible for:

• Routine mechanical maintenance (preventative + reactive)
• Fault finding and repair on mechanical systems
• Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance
• Ensuring minimal downtime through quick response to breakdowns
• Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Keeping accurate records using a CMMS
• Collaborating with production teams to get ahead of issues before they start

About You
You know your way around industrial machinery, take safety seriously, and enjoy working in a team where everyone pulls their weight. You’re confident working independently but happy to pitch in when needed.

Here’s what helps you stand out:

• Trade qualified – Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
• Strong mechanical fault-finding ability
• Experience in FMCG or a similar high-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working with pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant equipment
• Reliable, proactive, and always thinking one step ahead

What’s on Offer

• No Weekends
• Shift Pattern: Day shift 6am - 2:30pm (flexible start time though eg. 7am) Site runs 24/5, there is overtime available if wanted
  Equipment: Conveyors, Sanders, Robots, hoists, lifters, Bearings, Belts, Saws, suction cup lifts, press for the laminate, electric motors.
