Position Available:
Exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the D365 Finance & Operations team, acting as a key link between finance stakeholders and the functional delivery team. The role focuses on improving systems, shaping future-state processes, and delivering key enhancements. Ideal for someone who thrives on stakeholder engagement, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for both project and BAU initiatives across core finance modules.
- Facilitate workshops to uncover pain points, define requirements, and map future-state processes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional documentation.
- Assist in test strategy, scenario creation, and user acceptance coordination.
- Contribute to training, change management, and operational handovers.
- Report progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
About You:
We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Business Analyst with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals to support a Finance BAU team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A solid Business Analyst background, with experience gathering requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Basic accounting knowledge (e.g. journal entries, debits/credits, GL understanding) to effectively communicate with accountants, finance managers, and treasury/commercial finance teams.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) is highly desirable.
- A collaborative, flexible approach, comfortable jumping into problems, troubleshooting, and working closely with a team of BAs and Functional Consultants.
- A team player who thrives in a fluid environment, can adapt to challenges and isn’t bound by rigid structure.
