Our client is a well-established and recognisable brand in the property development space. They specialise in creating mixed-use urban projects across the city, including residential apartments, retail, office, and hotel spaces.

The Role

Your role as the Senior Accountant is a full-function opportunity, working within a close-knit team. You will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for:

Managing the general ledger.

Preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.

Cashflow reporting.

Accruals, journals, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.

Assisting in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts.

Assisting in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Accountant role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Immediately available with full-time working rights.

CA / CPA (or equivalent) qualification or part-qualification.

Working Holiday visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are encouraged to apply.

Property experience will be prioritised.
