Instep Dance Boutique is a longstanding dance retail shop that specialises in dancewear, shoes and accessories. Joining a passionate team of four retail assistants we are looking for a bright and friendly team member to join on a part time basis.

As the Retail Manager reporting directly to the Owner, you will:

Assist customers with retail sales and provide opportunities for upselling.

Liaising with customers.

Answering phone and email enquiries in a timely fashion.

Restocking and merchandising the shop products.

Creating visually appealing displays.

Conducting regular stock takes.

Light administration and social media marketing.

Enjoy working around kids.

An interest or previous experience with dance.

Sound computer skills.

Previous retail experience would be advantageous but not essential.

What we offer:

A generous hourly salary between $30 - $40 PH + Super depending on experience.
