The Role: Retail Manager - Full-time

Our store in Butler has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join and lead their team.

As a Store Manager at Specsavers, you'll not only help shape a team – you'll shape your own career journey too. In this role, you will support the Retail Director and keep your eye on ensuring smooth daily operations through the below:

Lead and Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and reach their full potential.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalized care and expert advice tailored to their needs.

Drive Success: Assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers' high standards.

Meet store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics

Grow Together: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.

Who Are You? You have previous experience leading a team in a retail or healthcare setting. While industry-specific experience is a plus, it's not a must.

Quick Thinker: Problem-solving comes naturally to you. You are driven and always on the lookout for ways to keep customers coming back feeling good.

Calm Under Pressure: You know how to keep your cool, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism even during the busiest times.

Customer Service Pro: Building rapport is your thing. You take pride in delivering high-quality service and being a go-to team player in store.
