Men On Fire Pty Ltd — the powerhouse behind Men On Fire, Cocktail Class Sydney, and Bar Experiences — is on the hunt for an energetic and organised Events Assistant to join our growing team.

We specialise in hens parties, private events, and high-profile corporate experiences (including for clients like Canva and Stanley) across Sydney and beyond. This is your chance to be part of a fast-moving company delivering fun, flair, and top-tier service.

About the Role

This casual position is perfect for someone who loves events, thrives in a hands-on environment, and isn’t afraid to get involved in everything from warehouse prep to on-the-day coordination. You’ll assist in managing stock and logistics, support our team at events, and gradually take on more responsibilities – ultimately stepping into a coordinator role where you’ll help ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. You need to bring vibes, energy and be super reliable (our events are all one-off and can't be rescheduled)

📍 Base Location: Thornleigh warehouse
🚗 Travel: Events across Sydney metro, Central Coast, Bowral and other NSW areas (must be able to drive)
🕒 Hours: Varying shifts across weekdays, weekends, days & nights.
💰 Pay: $35/hour + super (Live Performance Award casual rate)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare stock and gear for events

Attend events to support setup, pack down, and client experience

Assist with logistics, stock returns, and admin

Capture social media content and help maintain the party vibe

Eventually coordinate events and host events yourself as a lead facilitator

Communicate with clients and handle event-day issues as they arise

Follow company protocols to ensure seamless event execution

Organised and reliable – logistics run on timing and detail!

A great communicator – friendly, confident and professional

Fun and energetic – we’re in the business of unforgettable parties

Comfortable with mature themes – many events are hens parties

Physically capable – able to lift up to 15kg and work on your feet

Able to work independently and solve problems on the fly

Flexible with your availability (this job won’t suit 9-5-only types)

RSA Certified + Full Driver’s License + Police Check
