The Firm
Our client is a prestigious top-tier law firm recognised for its commitment to legal innovation, exceptional client service, and a progressive workplace culture. With stunning offices in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are looking for an experienced and confident Events Coordinator to join one of Australia’s leading law firms in their Sydney office on a 3–6 month temporary contract, potentially longer!
The Role
This person will sit within a dynamic and high-performing marketing and events team, and will see you stepping in during a busy peak period (August to October). With multiple client events, internal functions and firm-wide initiatives on the calendar, they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative and social team – but with the hiring manager away for a few weeks, confidence, independence, and excellent time management will be key. You’ll be well organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience coordinating events end-to-end, ideally within professional services (legal, accounting, consulting, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder communication
- Confident managing logistics, invitations, RSVP tracking, venues, catering, and on-the-day coordination
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or event systems is a bonus
