They are currently on the lookout for an experienced and driven Supervisor who is passionate about mentoring others and excited by the chance to play a hands-on role in developing junior staff. From day one, you will take charge of a dynamic and varied workflow, collaborate with high-calibre clients, and gain exposure to a broad range of industries. As supervisor, some of your responsibilities will include:

Managing an exciting and diverse client portfolio

Delegating and reviewing annual compliance (financial statements, income tax returns, tax reconciliations)

Managing and reviewing the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns

Liaising with clients to understand their needs

Providing feedback, training, and guidance to team members

Acting as a point of contact and a mentor as required

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will:

Be CA or CPA qualified

Have a minimum of 5 – 6 years’ experience in a reputable firm

Be confident using Xero and BGL360

Work collaboratively and be driven to mentor junior staff

Possess strong technical knowledge across tax and accounting standards

Demonstrate excellent communication skills
