They are now seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to join their Parramatta team. In this role, you'll manage a diverse workflow, liaise directly with clients, and gain exposure to a broad range of industries, with all requiring varied and strategic advice. This exciting leadership position is not one to be missed!

In this role, some of your key responsibilities will include:

Managing an exciting and diverse client portfolio

Delegating and reviewing annual compliance (financial statements, income tax returns, tax reconciliations)

Managing and reviewing the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns

Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Providing feedback, training, and guidance to team members

Acting as a mentor and point of contact within the team

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will:

Be CA or CPA qualified

Have a minimum of 5–6 years’ experience in a reputable firm

Be collaborative and driven to mentor junior staff

Possess strong technical knowledge of tax and accounting standards

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
