Are you an experienced admin guru looking for a role that fits in with family life?
Concrete Busters is on the lookout for an Office Administration Superstar to join our team on a part-time basis (school hours: 9.30am–2.30pm, Mon–Fri). We’re a well-established concrete cutting and drilling company servicing Adelaide and beyond, and we need a dependable, friendly, and experienced admin all-rounder to help us stay organised and efficient as we grow.
What you'll do:
✅ Run weekly payroll and manage invoicing
✅ Coordinate admin tasks like job dockets, safety paperwork, and scheduling
✅ Communicate with clients and suppliers
✅ Keep our operations humming behind the scenes!
What you bring:
🌟 Previous experience in office admin, ideally in a trade or construction setting
🌟 Solid skills in payroll systems and WHS documentation
🌟 Friendly, proactive, and highly organised
🌟 Ready to start ASAP and become a key part of our team
