The role

We are looking for a professional and well presented Legal Assistant . This role is extremely important to our business and we are ideally looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and environment, but we are willing to provide full training to the right candidate. Law Graduates are welcome to apply and we would also consider 4 days per week for the right applicant.

You will be responsible for some legal administration duties, reception duties and general administration supporting the office and the legal team to continue to deliver exceptional services to all clients. The role will suit someone who is willing to upskill and is looking for professional development and wants to be part of our amazing team. We want to support you to grow and be the best that you can be. Ideally, as you become established in the role and company you will be able to assist our clients at a higher level. We understand that our team is our biggest asset.

What you'll be doing

Greet all clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls as required

Provide administrative support to the wider team as required

Provide Legal Assistant duties including preparation of client documentation

Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in using standard office equipment and software

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

A friendly, positive and proactive attitude
