About the role
We're on the lookout for a reliable, punctual and professional team member who will be a key support to our sales team. This is a dynamic role with plenty of variety, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What you'll need
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, including consistent punctuality
A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Confidence using the Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite
A genuine desire to learn and grow personally within the real estate industry
Previous experience within an administrative or marketing role is a MUST
Previous experience in real estate is not a requirement, but it may help

Day-to-day responsibilities will include
Managing administration responsibilities for the office, which includes property workflow
Marketing of property campaigns, which includes liaising with photographers, property stylists, signboard & brochure companies
Working and communicating with vendors and purchasers effectively before and at the end of the sale process
Some out-of-office work, including visiting properties for photography and pre-settlement inspections
Overseeing compliance and legislative provisions and processes
Organising office events (Birthdays, Christmas, Easter and significant events within the Ray White calendar)
General office duties
