We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Personal Assistant / Team Manager to support our fast-paced, high-performing sales team — known for consistently delivering market-leading results across Adelaide’s southern and coastal suburbs.

What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage the team’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare reports, presentations, and listing kits to support sales activity
Ensure administrative compliance and documentation standards are always met
Campaign & Listing Management
Coordinate all listing preparations including photography, floorplans, signage, copywriting, and inspection schedules
Manage campaign timelines and liaise with third-party providers (solicitors, conveyancers, etc.)
Ensure all marketing content is accurate, professional, and published on time
Oversee online listings across REA, Domain, and social media platforms
Organise and conduct letterbox drops to generate awareness and drive enquiry
Team Operations & Oversight
Monitor weekly KPIs and support the sales team in staying accountable
Coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and assist with onboarding new team members
Organise internal meetings, team events, and performance reviews
Maintain systems and operational workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency
Client Experience Management
Oversee the client journey from appraisal through to settlement and beyond
Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with all vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
Manage inspection reminders, buyer follow-ups, and vendor feedback reports
Organise post-sale gifts, thank-you cards, and touchpoints that build lasting relationships
Marketing & Brand Support
Coordinate team social media calendars and content scheduling
Ensure branding is consistent across all touchpoints — print, digital, and in-person
Maintain and update agent profiles, online reviews, and testimonials
Assist in the rollout of newsletters, updates, and community engagement pieces
What We’re Looking For
A highly organised, proactive operator with exceptional attention to detail
Clear communicator (written and verbal) with a warm, professional manner
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong initiative, and a love for team success
Tech-confident and familiar with Microsoft Office, CRMs (AgentBox) and social media platforms
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in a similar role in real estate, property, or executive support is preferred but not essential
Real estate experience is welcomed, but a willingness to learn and adapt is more important
A passion for organisation and systems is a must
