We’re hiring a Creative Strategist / Project Manager who thrives in high-velocity environments, knows what converts, and can manage campaigns from concept to execution — all while keeping things smooth, structured, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage creative strategy for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad campaigns

Brief UGC creators and editors with emotionally-driven scripts and brand messaging

Oversee creative pipelines: from ideation → testing → scaling

Analyze performance reports to inform angles, hooks, and CTAs

Keep projects on-time, on-brand, and aligned with key KPIs

Collaborate with the founder, creative strategist, and media team daily

Create internal systems to optimize content delivery and version testing

✅ Requirements

2+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or project management

Experience with UGC, eCommerce, or high-growth brands

Strong knowledge of paid ad platforms and digital content trends

Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to work during Australian business hours (AEST)

$4,000/month base salary (AUD/USD negotiable)
