About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Feel Good Massage Chairs Pty Ltd as a full-time Sales & Admin Assistant. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be a key member of the administrative team, providing high-level support to ensure the smooth running of the office and exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Manage the front reception area, greeting customers and handling enquiries with professionalism and care

Provide administrative support to the wider team, including diary management, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office duties to maintain organised and efficient systems

Support the processing of customer orders and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office procedures and policies

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of administrative tasks

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
