The Role: Sales Support/E-commerce – IT Data Center hardware solutions.

In this role, you'll oversee sales administration, manage ordering processes, and handle customer inquiries while playing a key part in optimizing our e-commerce operations and Social Media Platforms. Key roles and responsibilities:
Tracks sales shipment, delivery, and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary.
Develop and retain strong working relationships with customers' operational team to maximize sales, growth and profitability.
Responds to inquiries regarding the status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
Ensure inbound calls are handled in a timely, professional manner
Respond to all customer queries regarding PODs, ETA’s, Invoice copies, or general enquiries
Check and ensure dispatch of priority orders
Review back orders and liaise with customers if required
Liaise, verify and process customer returns (RMA) within required timeframes
Consistently meeting and exceeding company/business unit KPI’s/targets
Generate periodic reports for Sales Support and/or management
Manage day-to-day operation of the e-commerce / Social Media platforms
Attract new customers through digital marketing.
Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales
Maintain the product catalogue with accurate pricing
Knowledge, skills, and attributes required:
Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Taking the initiative, self-motivated, creative with a positive attitude
Demonstrate work experience as a Sales support or E-Commerce manager
Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient at Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
Must be adaptable and be able to deal with ever-changing conditions in a fast-paced environment consistently
