Job description:

Responsible for planning, managing and execution of the Data Migration activities.

Co-ordinate, Plan and Assign work to the team members and do quality checks on the work completed.

Design and Co-ordinate the training for user activities before and after cutover.

Conduct regular sessions with business users and translate the discussions to requirements.

Create status report of the project

Co-ordinate and develop executive briefing materials for the senior management promoting and reporting on the project/program to key stakeholders.

Data Architect/Enterprise Architect/Solutions Architect

Job description:

Documenting the detailed holistic physical data architecture for both current and target state

Capturing the physical enterprise data model, working with core customer and other enterprise architects to align to the conceptual and logical models

Setting the strategy for data architecture to support the Business and IT strategies and maintaining the data architecture principles

Creating the data architecture documents and templates for change initiatives and supporting solution architects to complete

Lead data architecture governance forums and provide subject matter expert input to architecture decisions

Manage holistic roadmap of architecture change initiatives across the organization, coordinating requirements across different initiatives

Provide technical expertise for change initiatives, working with solution architects, technical architects and business product owners
Work with IT to understand target architecture delivery dependencies and align delivery timeframes

Work with IT and all required stakeholders to ensure requirements for data governance, quality, metadata management, mastering and security are delivered

Be a key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic data initiatives and ensure alignment to the enterprise wide data strategy

Build a framework of principles to ensure data integrity across the business • Build and maintain appropriate Enterprise Architecture artefacts including; Entity Relationship Models, Data dictionary, taxonomy to aid data traceability

Capable of working under tight deadlines

Technical Project Manager ( Data Migration )

Job description:

To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of a small or a less complex project through monitoring, tracking and analysing project control metrics.

Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities. Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed on or before the deadline.

Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.

Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines.

Ensure analysts adhere to SLA/KPI/OLA.

Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in an economic manner.

Assist Project Manager in Risk Management and participate in quality reviews and implement quality norms.

Lead and ensure project complies with Software Quality Processes and is adhering to the defined timelines.

Draft initial charter and project plan, create and review functional and technical specification documents.

Monitor, track and analyse project control metrics. Review and consolidate project (over all the modules) status reports and lead and perform all activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management including re usage, accuracy, and efficiency. Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders.

Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
