As the Community Service Coordinator for our Opshop and Food Pantry, you will:

Complete all paperwork involved in the volunteer recruitment process, ensure volunteers have a clear position description upon commencement, and are appropriately trained, supervised, and recognized for their contributions

Schedule and implement volunteer rosters

Bank cash takings, reconcile cash and EFT with daily sales records

Procure stock for food pantry, supervise goods receipt process, and undertake scheduled inventory stock-takes and spot checks

Hands on manual handling tasks including the driving of and loading/offloading of small household items from the Inasmuch Truck, assisting with the offloading of Foodbank deliveries and also restocking the Community Pantry

Develop and foster partnerships with external stakeholders in accordance with organizational governance guidelines
