We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader – Hub and Community to lead our Day Services team across both our onsite Hub and community participation programs.

About you:

You bring at least 2 years’ experience in disability or community service coordination

You have a strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred service delivery

You’re a natural leader who thrives on building team culture and supporting others

You are organised, a great communicator, and committed to continuous improvement

You hold a current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check and are COVID-19 vaccinated

You’re available to participate in an on-call roster, including after-hours support

Desirable (but not essential):

Formal qualifications in Disability, Community Services or a related field

Experience working with older adults or culturally diverse communities

Current First Aid and CPR certificates
