Head office location: Fitzroy, Melbourne. A hybrid model is offered to combine working onsite three days a week and two days a week from home.

About the role:

Our Product Coordinator’s primary responsibility is ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data loaded into the reservations system and ongoing inventory management. Other key responsibilities include daily reporting, investigating discrepancies or missing information, and providing timely sales updates to accommodation and ticket providers. The position also involves competitor event analysis, cross-checking invoicing as needed, and supporting other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to ensure seamless operational execution.

The successful applicant will:

· Have exceptional attention to detail

· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift focus when required

· Be detail oriented with repetitive tasks

· Demonstrate problem solving skills

Main responsibilities include:

· Responsible for the accuracy of all data loading

· Build packages in reservations system

· Daily reporting and inventory management

· Investigate discrepancies and/or missing information

· Track competitor offerings and market fluctuations

· Collaborate closely with the Product Lead to monitor, evaluate, and implement updates to travel packages based on evolving customer needs, supplier availability, or event changes

· Sending sales update to accommodation providers

· Managing ticket inventory and placing final ticket orders where required

· Assist with cross checking invoicing where required

· Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Applicants must have:

· 1+ year experience in data entry

· Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel

· Experience using Salesforce desirable

· A proactive attitude and thrive in a team environment
