Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Centre Manager, Marketing Team, and Head of Marketing, your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Maximising retailer engagement through regular meetings and detailed communication plans.

- Providing guidance and support to retailers to actively promote their business.

- Managing and executing the Centre branding in line with the broader marketing strategy.

- Managing and delivering the Centre’s website and associated social media channels.

- Coordinating Centre events and associated marketing activities.

- Coordinating the Casual Leasing platform for each asset to maximise net income.

- Preparing regular reports for key stakeholders.

- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining comprehensive budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts.

- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Experience distributing EDMs via Mailchimp (or similar platforms).

- Experience with WordPress (preferred, but not essential).

- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, but not essential).

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail marketing or administration, and be a fast-learning team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Candidates must hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a car, as travel to multiple sites will be required.

Salary will be remunerated in line with experience.
