You’ll support daily site operations, lead a team of up to 12, and ensure our high standards are always met. Think customer satisfaction, smooth systems, team support, and immaculate presentation. No car wash experience? No worries—we’ll train the right person!

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and organisation skills

A customer-first mindset

Able to multitask in a high-energy environment

Mechanically minded? Big bonus!

Great communicator, both with the team and customers

Weekend availability (every second weekend)

Key Duties:

Staff training, rosters & daily operations

Maintaining site cleanliness and quality control

Supporting WH&S standards

Building strong customer relationships

Handling banking/admin when Manager is away
