Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors

Conducting inspections (Entry, Exit & Routine Inspections)

Marketing properties, processing applications and tenant onboarding

Manage maintenance and repair requests

Provide ad hoc administrative support as required

Deliver superior customer service & work with a high level of autonomy

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A current Drivers Licence (essential)

Previous administration experience and/or a real estate industry qualification - Industry experience is preferred but attitude and drive are more important!

Immaculate personal presentation

Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
