Assistant Property Manager

The Role:
In this in-office role, you'll work alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a tidy portfolio of well-maintained homes. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment. No trust account handling. Room for growth to become your own Property Manager in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and prepare condition reports

Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trusted tradespeople

Manage tenant communications and respond to enquiries

Advertise rental properties and process tenancy applications

Deliver exceptional service across the board

You Will Need:

Minimum 12+ months of property management experience

Current QLD Real Estate Licence

A valid driver’s licence (Reliable vehicle provided)

Attention to detail, strong communication, and time management skills

Sales Agent/Associate to Cara Bergmann

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to become the backbone of our sales team. This hybrid role involves both sales support and property-related responsibilities, ideal for someone seeking variety, pace and growth in their real estate career.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors and the community

Assist with open homes, property viewings, building and pest inspections, and valuations

Coordinate appraisals and listing documentation

Manage buyer enquiries, appointments, and the sales journey from initial contact to settlement

Support our agents with emails, diaries, and document preparation

Conduct letterbox drops, door knocks, and weekend inspections (Saturday availability required, with a weekday off in lieu)

You Will Gain:

You Will Need:

Real estate sales or coordination experience preferred
