About the role

Marshall Truck Solutions is seeking experienced trade professionals to join our expanding team in Rocklea, Queensland. We have opportunities available for qualified Diesel Mechanics, Trade Assistants, Fabricators and Auto Electricians to work full-time and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heavy vehicles and equipment

Fabricate, modify, and install components to meet customer requirements

Carry out scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in a relevant automotive trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Fabricator)

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy vehicle and equipment industry

Strong technical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Must have Australian residency, valid Australian driver's licence and own tools
