You've got a portfolio that shows how you've turned good brands into ones people genuinely care about and the numbers to show it worked.

You're obsessed with what makes someone stop scrolling: the hook, the pacing, the emotion behind the story, and how that moment can turn into a relationship.

You're independent and proactive. You turn ideas into action and feedback into fuel. You love seeing a project through from start to impact.

You have 2+ years of experience creating social media content with demonstrable growth results

You're experienced with social media analytics tools and comfortable interpreting engagement metrics

Here's what you'll be owning…

The Content Growth Engine: You'll be our lead magnet. Your main focus is helping each studio attract 30+ quality DM leads a month and growing our following by 5%+ every month, with content people can't help but watch and share.

The End-to-End Creative Process: From first idea to final post, you'll own the creative journey, planning, filming, editing, and sharing across all our social platforms.

The Community Narrative: You'll be the voice behind the stories of our members, coaches, and team. You'll help people feel seen, supported, and part of something special.

The Strategy & Optimisation Loop: You'll track what's working, share it in a way that makes sense to everyone, and work with our ads team to make everything we do smarter, more effective, and more human.
