What We’re Looking For:

Excellent administrative and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail

Confident communicator who enjoys working with people

Able to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

Willing to learn – experience is a bonus but not essential

Property Tree knowledge is a big plus

Current driver’s licence

Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Conducting routine inspections and open homes

Coordinating property maintenance and repairs

Handling lease renewals, applications and vacates

Liaising with owners and tenants

Collaborating with our team to keep everything running smoothly

Working closely with a team who has your back
