The Role

Provide tailored rehabilitation case management and support for employees across the department.

• Manage injury and illness cases under Comcare and APS frameworks
• Coordinate return-to-work plans and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver end-to-end case management with care, structure and timeliness
• Monitor and report on progress while supporting sustainable outcomes

Salary / Rate

• APS5: $87k – $93k + Super
• APS6: $100k - $111k + Super
• 12 month non-ongoing
• Baseline clearance preferred or the ability to obtain
