The Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and passionate Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Rehabilitation professionals who are ready to take on rewarding roles in dynamic environments.

The Role

Support workplace health and safety initiatives and rehabilitation programs.

• Provide expert advice on WHS policies, procedures, and compliance
• Deliver proactive injury management and return-to-work programs
• Collaborate with managers to embed a strong safety culture
• Conduct workplace assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies

The Ideal Person

You will be a forward-thinking WHS and/or Rehabilitation professional with a practical and solutions-focused mindset. Your ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels allows you to deliver high-quality advice and outcomes. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to support organisational safety goals.

Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety and/or Injury Management, coupled with strong knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice, will set you up for success.

Salary / Rate

• $80k – $120k + Super (depending on experience)
