Your Role
As a Sales Executive, your core responsibility is to convert warm inbound leads into high-value product sales. These customers are already engaged and eligible—you just need to close with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone

Educating customers on energy-efficient solutions and rebate programs

Preparing tailored product packages to suit customer needs

Quoting and managing sales within a structured CRM workflow

Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs

What You’ll Be Selling

Heat Pump Hot Water Systems

Reverse Cycle and Ducted Air Conditioning

Solar PV and Battery Solutions

Smart Home Add-Ons like zoning, controls, and air filtration
Each deal offers multi-product potential—earn up to $500 or more in commission per customer.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in phone-based or consultative sales

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive closing skills

Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and manage a fast-moving pipeline

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Passion for clean energy, customer care, and results

Bonus if you have:

Sales experience in HVAC, solar, or energy efficiency

Knowledge of VEU or Solar Victoria rebate programs

Trade experience or strong technical understanding of energy systems
