About the role

RollsPack Pty Ltd, a leading provider of innovative Flexible packaging solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne office. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This is a full-time position in our Melbourne office.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the local and regional markets

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to win new business

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service

Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring profitable deals for the company

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns

Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the packaging or a related industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex sales situations

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales reporting tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
