INTERNAL SALES

$75k to $85k plus sales bonus

Orca Civil is a local manufacturer and importer of products for both the civil drainage industry and road safety products.

We are an environmental award winning company and use recycled materials in our manufactuired products.

Our customer base ranges from local contractors through to large interstate distributors and this role supports the customers and our sales team.

You will be working with a small friendly team who provide solutions to our customers and faciliate meeting tight delivery schedules to fit in with customer needs.

The internal sales role develops relationships with our customers and helps Orca increase our sales.

To be succesful in this role you will need :

Strong customer service skills

A stable track record of emplyment

The role will encompass

Attend to incoming sales calls and technical enquiries.

Offering innovative solutions to our customer needs

Creating accurate quotations, following up and maximising all sales opportunities

Liaising with our key distributors

In addition, this role will also be support for the purchasing/ logistics manager and will be required to at times place orders on our suppliers and organise freight to customers.
