A little about the role...

As a Financial Accountant at CTC, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate monthly financial reports, managing statutory compliance and completing balance sheet reconciliations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders during the month-end close process to ensure that every figure is accurate and complete, and that reporting is timely and insightful for decision-makers across the business.

You’ll also investigate financial discrepancies, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and contribute to improving the efficiency of our systems and workflows. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives on detail, and wants to play a key part in ensuring our operations remain financially sound as we deliver world-class creative projects around the globe.

You could be the one if you...

Have 3+ years' experience in financial accounting, including general ledger, month-end close, and compliance

Are highly proficient in Excel and confident navigating M1 or similar ERP systems

Bring a strong grasp of Australian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting

Apply analytical thinking to interpret financial data, identify trends, and inform decisions

Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and reconciliations

Communicate clearly, with empathy and emotional intelligence, and adapt your style across teams and stakeholders

Collaborate effectively with others and enjoy being part of a shared outcome

Take a structured approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and system automation, and proactively implement solutions that drive efficiency across finance operations

Manage time well and stay calm under pressure during close and reporting deadlines
