What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with our National Financial Controller, playing an active role in the following responsibilities:

Recording and classifying financial transactions accurately

Preparing and supporting monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Conducting analysis to provide insights on company performance

Supporting tax compliance, including BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, Superannuation and Workcover

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting

Supporting the development of KPIs and financial metrics for operational decision-making

Working cross-functionally with Operations, Executive Leaders, and Suppliers

What You Bring - Qualifications/Experience:

A degree in Finance, Business or Commerce

Solid accounting/admin experience in a fast-paced or operational environment

Strong working knowledge of Excel (Intermediate–Advanced)

Experience with ERP/accounting platforms like SAP, MYOB or Xero

Proven ability to work independently and deliver results

Strong commercial and business acumen

A genuine interest in progressing into either a Senior Accountant or Commercial Analyst path within our business
