With a long history in the outdoor sector, our team has developed a compelling offer of over 1000 products in camping, fishing, 4wd, water and outdoors. The Wildtrak brand has been developed by campers for campers who demand products that are reliable, functional, and affordable.

Due to expansion and reorganisation at of our Brendale office and warehouse and our ecommerce operations, we have exciting this new opportunity to join our team to lead and guide our operations team. Tasks will include

- Monitor and oversee workflow in our Brendale office and warehouse

- Oversee our Ecommerce & B2B order picking and packing.

- Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve daily orders picked targets.

- Implement KPI measurements to improve efficiency and foster constant improvement.

- Ensure sales team have sufficient orders in pipeline to maximise warehouse staff output.

- Assisting sales team to coordinate sales runs.

- Promote good stock control protocols across all team members.

- Oversee and lead Trade Show planning and logistics across the country (30 + shows annually)

- Attend retail trade shows as and when required

- Oversee our retail showroom and click and collect point. (Brendale)

- Assist in customer data base management and cleansing.

- Assist with implementation of new CRM and other enterprise software.

The successful applicants must have:

- Solid knowledge and previous experience in warehouse operations.

- Experience in working with sales staff at an operational level.

- Good communication, numeracy and written skills

- Proven people management skills at an operational level

- IT Savvy in Microsoft suite and enterprise software.

- Ability to lead and champion projects from inception to completion.

- Ability to travel both locally and interstate 6 – 8 trips each year.

- Be flexible with working hours and arrangements as required.
