Mount Isa Village Shopping Centre is the premier retail centre in North West Queensland, with Coles, Kmart and 21 specialty tenancies. The Operations Manager role focusses on:
Professional and courteous interaction with Tenants
Income monitoring and reporting
Lease management
Maintaining the Centre
Promoting the centre and enhancing the customer and retailer experience
The Operations Manager is based on site and is supported by a professional and experienced administration and finance team and a Regional Manager who is the primary liaison with our Landlord.
The preferred candidate will have experience in operation management and be willing to be an active participant in the wider Mount Isa community.
The Mt Isa Village Operations Manager can expect to be a part of a very supportive wider network of property professionals.
